Richard Hagemeyer


is the Owner and President of the Agmark Logistics Group, including Agmark Logistics, the American 3PL, Agmark Logistics North America the NAFTA 3PL and the global 3PL, Agmark Global Logistics. Richard’s role as an entrepreneur and founder has spanned all aspects of the business. Today, while he spends much of his time working with the externalities of government regulations and professionals, his most important time is spent with customers and key transportation suppliers.

Duncan Hagemeyer


is the Founder and an Owner of Agmark Intermodal Systems.



Jeryl Turner


is the Procurement and Merchandising Manager for Agmark Intermodal Systems. He oversees all trading activities including risk management for Agmark. This includes managing logistical positioning, analyzing market changes, and communicating commodity trades with customers, suppliers, and Chicago future brokers. Jeryl earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from James Madison University, a Master’s of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and has been awarded the Certified Purchasing Manager designation. Jeryl joined Agmark in 1994 and brings a well-rounded background of experience, education, and purchasing qualifications to his position. Previously, Jeryl worked for Southern States Cooperative in Richmond, Va. purchasing grains and ingredients for all their feed mills.



Mark Collings


is the Senior Merchandiser for Agmark Intermodal Systems. As a grain and ingredients merchandiser buying and selling animal feed ingredients, Mark trades and coordinates logistics for these ingredients, which are shipped directly to customers by truck. With over 30 years of experience in the grain and feed industry, having previously worked for Southern States Coop managing a grain elevator and buying ingredients for 11 feed mills and many Southern States retail locations in the Southeast, Mark knows the agriculture and transportation communities well. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Ag Economics from the University of Kentucky.



Tish Gordon


is the Controller for Agmark Intermodal Systems. She oversees accounting for the company. Tish graduated from Tennessee Technological University, majoring in accounting. She previously worked for a public accounting firm, after graduating from college.




Craig Paschal


serves as the Trader’s Assistant at Agmark Intermodal Systems. In this position, he oversees data entry of purchase and sales contracts for truck and rail car loads of various commodities as well as manages scheduling for truck load delivery and pickup at our Strasburg, VA and York, Penn. transloading facilities. Craig also assists with ensuring the timely delivery of purchased railcars to these transloading facilities. Craig earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University.


Curtis Turner


Is the Merchandiser’s Assistant for Agmark Intermodal Systems. Curtis assists with all aspects of trading, including purchasing, logistics, contract management, and market analysis. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Florida State University. Having started at Agmark as an intern in 2018, he is learning the trading and transportation industries from top to bottom.


Chris Jaffe


is responsible for strategy, development and oversight of all aspects of the IT department, including recruiting and developing staff, internal and external software applications, and all hardware and infrastructure. Chris studied at the University of Florida before embarking on a 20+ year career in leadership of Technology and Product Development. He has led Product and Technology teams at Simply Reliable, Tri Star Business Management, and most recently at mVibe. Chris started with Agmark in 2019.
